Steph Luckey

Steph Luckey is a dynamic and enthusiastic leader with over a decade of experience serving within the education, nonprofit, and ministry sectors. Passionate about curating transformational communities, she enjoys empowering and connecting others, especially youth, to share their unique gifts and callings with the world.

Steph has held multiple roles within the nonprofit space affording her the opportunity to grow into a strategic, thoughtful, and creative changemaker. She has held roles as the Community Impact and Operations Director at Mill City Church in Minneapolis, the Executive Director of PABS PACKS a Minneapolis nonprofit that served chronically ill teenagers, and is a former middle school science teacher.

In her role at World Hope, Steph serves as the Director of Strategic Engagement in Australia working to establish innovative partnerships with churches while also helping to create experiences that aim to educate and engage donors with World Hope’s mission.

Steph holds a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota and a Masters in Teaching from Marian University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She and her husband now live and adventure in Brisbane, Queensland.
